my loathe of talking on the phone has accidentally made me offend the nicest person (at least to me) in the company. :( i didn't mean to be rude and i didn't even realise that i was being rude! yes, i admit that i do have trouble understanding him sometimes, but i will never mock or tease him about it - it would be too cruel especially when i know that he's probably not that confident with his english. but personally, i think he speaks better english than most of them already..
had i not been so distracted and always trying to multi-task, i wouldn't have sounded so detached and those "hmm-hmm"s wouldn't have come out..and he wouldn't have asked "is my english that bad?"
that stunned me totally.."nono! it's me..it's my fault..i'm just distracted" too little, too late. damage done. or perhaps, subconsciously, i....hmm....i dunno, it's easier to talk to some people and harder to talk to the rest. isn't that always the case? i tried sending him an email to apologize but he didn't reply..he has probably left for the day - hope that's really the case! the worst part is, i can't even tell if he's really angry with me or not..but he's surely hurt, if not he wouldn't be asking such a question.
i somehow find it harder to talk to people i care over the phone as compared to those i dislike. weird..cos in this way, the people i care will never know that i actually care for them! =P so if i hang up on you the next time, you know that i really really do care for you right? =)

Blank pages anxiously await the words
They so desperately need to feel alive.
Encasing thoughts that are dying to be heard
Screaming out the things we often try to hide
The beauty of verse, the power of prose.
Filling the world with profound emotion.
Thoughts & feelings, every nerve is exposed.
Tossing us into the depths of a chaotic ocean.
